  • The email address provided by the user to Giftports.com is considered the official address for all notices related to these Terms.

5.2. Email Address Updates

• Notification of Changes:
  • Parties agree that if they do not notify the other party of changes to their current email addresses in writing within three (3) days, requests to the old email addresses will be considered valid and acted upon as done.

5.3. Email Deliverability

• Assumed Receipt:
  • It is assumed that all notifications made by Giftports.com using the user's registered email address will reach the user one (1) day after the email is sent.
  • The user declares, accepts, and promises that they have read, understood, and accepted all items in these Terms and confirm that the information they have provided about themselves is correct.
