Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To be eligible for the warranty, you must thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery. Do not accept the product if you notice any damage; instead, create a report. Modifications to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the original design of the product are excluded from the warranty.
Return Policy
Giftports.com offers a 14-calendar-day return period starting from the delivery date of the product.

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product from your address to our online store is your responsibility. We recommend sending the product via registered and/or insured mail. The rates and conditions of PostNL apply; you can find an overview here. You may also return using DPD or UPS (refer to their websites for rates).

Packaging Requirements: Since shipping is at the sender’s risk, the package must be securely packaged. Please return the goods complete, in the original packaging, and undamaged. We will refund the amount you paid for the order/product, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days after receipt.

Condition of Returned Products: If the buyer cannot return the received product, returns only partially, or returns it in a deteriorated condition, the buyer will need to compensate for the depreciation in value. The buyer can minimize the risk of depreciation by not using the items and refraining from actions that could affect the product’s value. For hygienic reasons, the product MUST NOT have been used.
